Term and Condition

• Loan amount: USD100,000 or KHR 400milliion and over ( KHR is a priority )
• Interest rate: Negotiable base on the market
• Loan Term: up to 05 years

Requirement:

• The MFI must be registered as a corporate entity under MOC, licensed by NBC and membership of CMA;
• The MFI must be in business at least 3 years at the date of application;
• Financial stability of the business audited by the external auditor;
• No negative information at Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC).
• Collateral Documents (Hard/Soft title deeds, guarantee, etc.);
• Other documents as banks required.
